I bought three AI stocks today
As expected, AI stocks are selling off heavily today as AI sentiment turns sour again. I shared more about that in the newsletter yesterday and had already prepared for a potential red day today.

As you may know, I run a dual portfolio with both software and AI stocks, leaning either way depending on where I see the most upside. Right now, I’m heavily leaning towards AI stocks because I believe that is where the best risk reward lies.
In this update, I’ll break down the three stocks I bought today and the position, which had an 8% weight, that I closed entirely. Let’s dive in!
Buy 1: Nebius
I added to my Nebius position at $214, increasing it by 15%, even though it is already nearly a 20% position for me. The last time I touched the stock was when I sold roughly 15% of my position at $275, so I basically bought back what I trimmed earlier (at a better price).
This is also part of my “trade around core positions” strategy, where I keep several positions as long term holdings but trade up to 50% of a position in and out based on valuation, sentiment, and other factors.
The stock is currently down 30% from its peak in June, and I think Nebius is a good buy at this price. If it were to drop below $180, I would buy more aggressively. I truly believe NBIS has the potential to become the next hyperscaler, and I want to position my portfolio accordingly.
Onto my second buy, which is a position I increased by 60% today.
